This 35-acre site was acquired in late 1998 and incorporated the development of two office buildings totaling 487,000 sf, two hotel parcels which were sold to and developed by Marriott Corporation, plus two additional outlot parcels. White Oak principals designed and implemented a multi-faceted joint venture program with Citigroup Investments for a multi-phased development of the site and the two office buildings. White Oak principals were responsible for all aspects of this site's acquisition from Unocal, joint venture financing with Citigroup, construction financing with National City Bank and Key Bank, the property development, leasing the office and retail portion of the property to 95%, and the sale of the two office buildings to Wells Real Estate Investment Trust in 2001.
