TwoTwelve is a 26-story luxury high-rise apartment project in Clayton, MO, the predominant business hub of St. Louis. The project broke ground in Fall 2015 and will boast 250 luxury apartments and a 4-level parking deck above approximately 9,000 square feet of street retail.

When complete in Summer 2017, TwoTwelve will be the first of its kind in the St. Louis market, bringing an urban unit mix with refined luxury amenities, finishes and views to meet the demand of the sophisticated city dweller. The project was capitalized in a joint venture between White Oak, CA Residential and National Real Estate Advisors.
